‘La Casetta’ viene affittato interamente ad un unico cliente con la formula "holiday home" e può ospitare comodamente fino a quattro persone. È quindi la soluzione ideale per coppie, famiglie con bambini, viaggiatori per lavoro.

Gli animali sono ben accetti, purchè di piccola taglia e previa richiesta in anticipo.

È consentito fumare solo nello spazio esterno antistante l’appartamento.

Built at the beginning of 1900 and recently renovated to an excellent standard, ‘La Casetta’ boasts authentic character thanks to its original features and fine details.

The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom fitted with bidet and a spacious shower cubicle.

The entire apartment is for your own and exclusive use and can accommodate up to four guests. It is therefore ideal for a couple, a family with children, or people travelling for work.

Small pets are welcome upon request.

The apartment is non-smoking. However, guests are allowed to smoke in the outside area at the front entrance.
